Art Education: Debra Wambach

This is my ninth year teaching art in the Cambridge School District. Besides teaching art in grades kindergarten through fifth grade, I have also been the faculty adviser for Art Club. Recently I recieved my Masters of Art in Visual Studies at Cardinal Stritch University. I am a long standing member of the Madison Watercolor Society and served as the group's president for two years. The Madison Watercolor Society meets monthly to critique current work, holds annual workshops, and exhibits at UW Hospital every April.

My favorite part of teaching is discovering the creative ways that students will interpret an art assignment. I enjoy hearing what they have to say about their art projects.
