Let's Keep Moving
It has been quite a few years since I have done this program, but it is making a comeback this year. Please look for information regarding this program in the next week. It will be coming home with your student. There is a strict deadline for signing up, so please respond quickly.
What is Let's Keep Moving?
I am inviting all of the Elementary students (and parents if you would like) to participate in this fun fitness and healthy eating activity. Exercise and healthy eating habits are very important for keeping a healthy body and leading a long and healthy life. In today’s society we like to participate in many sedentary activities that cause us to become inactive and eat foods that are high in fat and full of sugar. There are many ways in which a person can stay active and eat healthy without making it an inconvenience on your life.
