REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION
A student must complete for graduation, twenty-five credits. One credit of class work is the successful completion of a course which meets five (5) times per week, for the entire school year.
The breakdown of required credit is as follows:

English - 4 credits:
English 9
English 10
English 11
1 credit of English electives

Science - 2 credits:
Biology
Physical Science
(Note: Students may waive Physical Science and take Chemistry only by consent of instructor.)

Math - 2 credits:
Algebra 1
Geometry

Social Studies - 3 credits:
World History (1 credit)
U.S. History II (1 credit)
Government/Economics (1/2 credit)
1/2 credit of social studies electives (Sociology, Psychology,or AP Government)

Physical Education - 1.5 credits:
P.E. 9 (1/2 credit)
P.E. 10 (1/2 credit)
P.E. 11/12 (1/2 credit)

Health (1/2 credit)
-
Careers (1/2 credit)
-
Personal Finance (1/2 credit)

Electives: 11 credits to be taken in any area of your choice.
All students are required to carry at least 6.5 credits per year.
Additional requirements:
√ CPR Certification (Will be scheduled for seniors in October or November)
√ Senior Portfolio (Usually due in April)
√ Participate in Senior Reality Day (Full day participation in spring of senior year)
√ Senior Exit Interview (Will be scheduled for seniors in May or June)
