Course Description: This is a hands on course which introduces students to many types of tools, equipment and machines used in the metals industry. Three major areas will be studied; sheet metals, machining, and welding. Students will be given individual packets on each area and will work at their own pace. It is the instructor’s recommendation that the Materials & Processes Technology be taken before enrolling in this course. $20.00 Lab fee.
