School District of Cambridge

It was a perfect day at the SLC today. Farm Day is always my favorite day of the year. Our High School Ag and KT students hosted the Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders through 10 different animal and plant focused learning stations. Kids made butter, learned about bees and pollination, got to pet cute baby pigs,  plus lots more. Huge shout out to the HS students for their work to prepare such fun interactive stations and lead their groups with energy and enthusiasm.  It is a special privilege to watch these young people in their element, doing their thing, shining, and sharing their love of agriculture with others.  Thanks to the elementary teachers for being willing to spend a fun day outside.
