School social workers help students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges, including those with learning disabilities, living through traumatic experiences and AODA concerns. They liaise with the schools, students and parents to assess the matters and provide assistance to enable students to achieve academic excellence and emotional wellbeing.
