School District of Cambridge

According to the 1952 CA-HI there were thirteen neighboring schools that fed into CHS - which was the 1906 Historic School as we know it today. Pictured are two of the schools. The other eleven were: Utica School, Sunnyside School, Smithback School, Lenaas School, London School, Liberty Corners School, Rockdale School (to date the community center), Southwest Oakland School, Cambridge School, Oakland Center School and Townline School. Besides Rockdale School, there are a few of the buildings that still exist today scattered throughout the country-side.
