Recently elected School Board Members Annie LaValley, Gary Swain and Tara Vasby took and signed their Oath's of Office early last week. They took their seats on the Board on April 28. Annie and Gary are in year two of board service and Tara, year four. Tara and Gary are second generation Cambridge School Board Members. Tara's father, Kent Vasby served on the Board of Education for approximately nine years (from 1991-2000) and Mrs. Lois Swain, Gary's mother served on the board for twenty years. Judy Vasby was a music teacher and instrumental in establishing and maintaining C.A.R.T. (Cambridge Area Resource Team), and Gary's father Bob was a Biology Teacher in Milton, WI for forty years.
