The three finalists for the next superintendent were publicly announced this morning, as outlined in the attached press release. The Board is eagerly awaiting your feedback on our finalists! Please join our Meet the Candidates Forum with Q&A on Wednesday, April 9 in the CHS Small Gym at 6-7:30 pm. You will hear from each candidate and have the opportunity to ask questions. Candidates are also touring all the district facilities throughout the day and meeting with students and staff. Please plan to take advantage of your time with the candidates to get to know them, discuss our district, and ask questions. Please note that a facilitator from our search partner, HYA, will guide the time. The School Board concluded first round interviews for the next superintendent to select final candidates to join our learning community for a "Day-in-the-District" next week, Wednesday, April 9th. Throughout the day in the district candidates will tour our facilities and meet with various groups. All families and community members are invited to participate in a Candidate Meet & Greet with Q&A on Wednesday, April 9th, from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. in the CHS small gym. Our search partner, HYA, will facilitate this event. Each candidate will be with the group for approximately 30 minutes to introduce themselves and respond to questions submitted via notecards as you enter the gym. Your feedback will be collected via an online survey by noon on Thursday, 4/10. The results will be provided to the Board as they prepare for final interviews and the selection of the next superintendent. Please reach out with any questions.
